Heute war ich im Alten Speicher am Bahnhof in Bad Wilsnack. Gestern noch schnell telefonisch reserviert. Es stellte sich raus, dass das Restaurant komplett ausgebucht war....also, Glück gehabt. Ich war zum ersten Mal hier. Ich traf besonders nette Servicekräfte , die ihren Job mit Herzblut machen. Als der Küchenchef dann persönlich seinen "Gruss aus der Küche" servierte, viel mir ein, dass ich vor ca. 10 Jahren zum letzten Mal einen Küchenchef im Gastraum gesehen habe. Ich bestellte Gänsebraten mit Rotkohl und Klöße. Nicht nur das der Preis weit unter 30 Euro lag ( in Berlin zahle ich zwischenzeitlich 40 Euro), sondern selbstgemachte Klöße, selbstgemachter Rotkohl und eine zarte, nicht trockene Gänsebrust. Ich ziehe meinen Hut, es geht nicht besser!!!! Ich kann allen nur empfehlen, hier vorbei zu schauen und meinen sehr guten Eindruck auch selbst zu erleben. Herzlichen Dank, wir sehen uns.
